We are seeking an accounting professional who is excited about the challenge of creating and implementing sound accounting practices and policies, helping to shape the financial strategy of a growing business, and building a career with an exciting, high-growth organization.

Responsibilities will Include:

The preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations
Prepare statements reconciliation, vendor payments, and analysis of the company revenue and expenses
Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements for all entities
Identify, analyze, and communicate budgeted versus actual results
Maintain general ledger in accordance with GAAP guidelines for all entities
Assist in the month-end and year-end close and consolidation processes
Follow and enforce accounting policies and procedures; help establish system controls
Reconcile intercompany balances for all entities
Support all accounting activities associated with acquisitions (e.g., journal entries)
Reconcile subsidiary ledgers (i.e. AP, AR, cash modules)
Reconcile payroll information for input into the ledger
Support system implementation and other transformation activities from a finance, payroll, and accounting perspective

Qualifications (skills and experiences):

A Bachelors degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years public accounting experience
Must be able to use and acquire knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Quickbooks Online
Experience interacting with Senior Management, including CFO and CEO
Proven technical accounting skills, ideally in middle-market organizations
Demonstrated proficiency in ERP systems
