Job Description:

We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our Ozark team. In this role, our clients will look to you as an advisor to assist them in finding the right insurance solutions. You will utilize your excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the clients. To be successful, you must have an active Missouri Property and Casualty License, experience in sales, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection. May make up to $55,000 with base salary + commission + experience + performance.

A Property and Casualty License, insurance experience, and the ability to shake off rejection are a must-have. Base pay for a licensed, experienced individual for this position is $50,000. Plus it has the possibility of making $12,000 - $15,000 per year in commission. May make up to $65,000 with base salary + commission + experience + performance.

Responsibilities
  • Employ exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, warm leads, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals. Close sales.
  • Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalency is Required. Associate degree/Bachelor's degree is a BONUS
  • Property and Casualty License Required.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales. (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, car sales)
  • Able to build rapport quickly as well as bounce back from customer rejection
  • 1+ years of experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
