RN Wage Scale: $36.75 - $45.18
LPN Wage Scale:
$29.25 - $35.96
plus PM and NOC shift differentials

Shift Opening: 6pm-6am

Work the weekend day shift and make more money with our weekend incentive program!

  • must commit to 12's every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday OR
  • must commit to 12's every other Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • work weekends only
  • if desired work additional shifts during the week at the same higher wage
  • eligible for all applicable benefits
  • earn more with differentials on the PM and NOC shift

When you choose to work with us, you will:

  • care for patients of all ages (late teen to older adult, avg. age approx. 57)
  • always work with a team member
  • have 11-12 team members working with you and max census of 31 (not including management team)
  • never be mandated to stay late or come in early
  • be part of something incredibly unique

Nurse Responsibilities:

  • oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistant (CNA) team members
  • provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
  • observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
  • help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
  • other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
  • degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
  • excellent time management skills
  • ability to accept and give directions
  • work well in a team environment
  • a desire to make a difference in people's lives
