We are seeking an accounting professional who is excited about the challenge of creating and implementing sound accounting practices and policies, helping to shape the financial strategy of a growing business, and building a career with an exciting, high-growth organization.

Responsibilities of the Recruiting Lead:

Develop, implement, and oversee all phases of the recruitment process
Implement and manage processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sourcing methods.
Collaborate with managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Partner with Operations and other business leaders to recommend candidate profiles based on organizational needs
Screen applicants, and train other team members (including field managers) on effecting screening methods
Develop and oversee an effective and efficient interview process, including creation of interview questions and frameworks, and other hiring and selection materials
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process
Establish and maintain relationships with schools (including trade schools), and develop fit-for-purpose programs to establish long-term candidate pools
Evaluate and communicate key metrics to ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively
Review and approve content and placement of advertisements and job postings
Partner with recruiting agencies and search firms to fill key positions, as needed
Ensure that recruiting-related projects and goals are met and adhere to approved budgets
Build talent acquisition capability across the Trades organization including interviewing skills, onboarding best practices, and referral-based programs
Partner with HR and Leadership team to develop Trades Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to attract and retain talent in all locations and all roles


Qualifications (skills and experiences):

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field required
Five or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting required
Experience building and leading a range of candidate sourcing programs and tactics
Knowledge of and experience with basics of employment law, and the broader HR and compliance environment
Experience supporting a growing business with workforce planning
Experience developing offer/ compensation recommendations, and negotiating with candidates
Familiarity with onboarding processes and tools
Experience with a multi-brand, multi-site business strongly preferred
Experience operating in a high-growth environment will be an asset
Understanding of a wide variety of talent acquisition tools, analytics, and best practices
Well-versed in the use of social media as a sourcing tool
Familiarity with Recruiting Process Optimization (RPO) and the predominant recruiting and ATS platforms
Some experience in team building and leadership is preferred

The Recruiting Lead is a strategic addition to the Trades leadership team and will join at an exciting time. Reporting to the Head of HR, the Recruiting Lead will own all recruiting activity for the business, and help shape the longer-term talent acquisition strategy of our growing organization.
