Responsibilities
- Put your best face forward in this high energy position and ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience.
- Assist the Manager in managing all aspects of the spa, including closing sales
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and collect payment for services.
- Have a thorough understanding of our wellness program to drive sales and promotions
- Assist employees to consistently increase guest retention, service sales, and maintain minimum retail sales goals.
- Goals for this position are client retention, retail, and service sales.
