The position includes using License Plate Recognition equipment, heavy surveillance, infield interviews and working closely with our team to locate and secure client's collateral in the Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio area. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, likes working outdoors, is money motivated and has an investigative mindset. This role is essential in keeping the economy strong by serving our clients and customers. We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and base employment decisions solely on qualifications.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or a G.E.D. with a continuous record of learning
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision, yet follow direction from remote management
- Ability to act in a discreet manner
- Experience in skip tracing, field locating, private investigations, or auto repossessions is strongly preferred
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Applicants must have no more than TWO points on your driver's license
- Must be 23 years of age to be able to get on the insurance.
- Reliable, good work ethic, high integrity, and drug-free abuse of illegal and legal drugs
- Clean, presentable appearance
- Familiarity and ability to use a smartphone
- Strong communication, analytical, and "street knowledge" skills
- Connect a laptop to the internet and solve minor connectivity issues
- Able to read, write and speak English with the reasonable capability and be able to communicate with customers, employees, and vendors
- Meet the attendance schedule as agreed upon with your supervisor
