Night Auditor

The Holiday Inn of East Windsor is seeking passionate customer service professionals to join our award-winning team as a part-time Night Auditor. If you're remarkably responsible and reliable, and you love to brighten someone’s day by providing an outstanding guest experience, we want to hear from you.

**PLEASE NOTE** The Night Audit shift is from 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. We are currently seeking candidates to work full-time, Sundays through Thursdays. Please do not apply if you are not available to work the required shift times.

How to Succeed:

· Demonstrate a take-charge attitude and excellent communication skills

· Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and managing reservations

· Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

· Handle any unforeseen circumstances that may arise effectively and professionally

· Input and manage computerized data with an eye for detail

· Organize and maintain checklists, files, and reports

· Collaborate with fellow team members and other hotel departments to promote a positive work environment

· Go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome, informed, and cared for during their entire stay

· OPERA experience is a plus

· *1 year hotel experience required*
