Hotel Night Auditor

Our property is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Night Auditor to work two nights a week, one who loves working with people and possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. $16 Per Hour

• Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required

• Set out the breakfast items for the breakfast bar. Light preparation of some food items and making coffee

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
• Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required
• Flexible overnight hours are required
