As an Account Director, you will be the linchpin of client relationships, ensuring their overarching success from strategy inception to flawless execution.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and nurture relationships for our most significant accounts, ensuring fiscal health and sustainable growth.
  • Set the standard for unprecedented client service, ensuring that our teams, the work presented, and our overall presence are consistently elevated to the highest standards.
  • Become a master of performance marketing and content strategy, guiding the delivery of winning campaigns.
  • Craft and articulate strategic initiatives tailored to address client-specific business challenges.
  • Solidify your position as a trusted marketing ally, fostering relationships that stand the test of time.
  • Collaborate closely with client contacts, identifying new opportunities and proposing innovative solutions that drive brand evolution.
  • Design and present insightful digital strategies, emphasizing client business objectives throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with specialists and strategists to ensure the seamless delivery of integrated digital communication solutions.
  • Command client conversations with authority, ensuring clarity and alignment at every juncture.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for accounts within our team's portfolio.
  • Help mentor and support account managers, ensuring excellence in their individual roles.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive account service documents, from proposals to reports and client communications.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and service offerings, aligning them with client strategies and business objectives.
  • Oversee client billing processes and liaise with the finance department for accurate monthly reporting.
  • Commit to continuous personal and professional development in the digital realm.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - Who You Are:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Account Management, within a digital agency or marketing firm, supporting high-value clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and content marketing services. Prior experience managing website development, branding, and IR communications, a huge plus!
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing support teams and overseeing daily project operations.
  • A track record of managing substantial accounts for top-tier companies.
  • An unwavering commitment to client service, coupled with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on crafting detailed presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, promote, and sell solutions that align with client needs.
