The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the leadership team of RPM Iowa.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Providing administrative support for the office
2. Handling general telephone and walk-in inquiries
3. Establishing Landlord and Property Files for new managed properties-preparing and forwarding
letters to statutory bodies
4. Managing office supplies inventory and presentation of the office
5. Entering management agreements/creating portfolios and properties
6. Organizing and attending office meetings
7. Attending and participating in training sessions as directed by the Manager
8. Adhering to all procedures required in this role
9. Providing feedback for and participating in continuous improvement of procedures and processes
10. Other duties as assigned

1. Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
3. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from the manager to accomplish objectives
4. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
5. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects while adjusting workload accordingly; time management critical
6. High level of professionalism & integrity

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS

1. 1-3 years of administrative experience (or a mixture of education and experience)

2. Beginner to Intermediate skills in Email management, coordinating multiple schedules, drafting written communication
