Hvac Install Specialist

Our growing Electrification company is looking for a problem solver with a can-do attitude and a proven record of installation experience in the HVAC field. You are an accomplished HVAC install tech who will meet clients at their homes to Install Electrification related systems including Heat Pumps, Heat Pump water heaters and related ventilation products,

You’ll also be responsible for installing indoor air quality and control systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must in this dynamic role, as you’ll be working with industry leading professionals and Enthusiastic customers. You must have the technical skills to install projects above code levels, Electrify My Home has plenty of work, if you are a hard worker and do high-quality work you will rise fast. $25 - $55 hourly

• Arrange and attach electrical wiring according to the wiring diagram using hand tools
• Replace heating, air conditioning, air quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• Maintain records of completed projects and parts used
• Follow all applicable policies, codes, standards, and safety procedures
• Tell customers how to properly use their new HVAC equipment

• Arriving to work on time
• Preparation before the job starts
• Speaking courteously to customers
• Attention to safety
• Properly pressurizing and evacuating systems
• Proper commissioning upon completion
• Complete paperwork and communication with the office

• High school diploma or GED required
• Great communication, math, and problem-solving skills
• Must be comfortable working in small crawl spaces and attics
• EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required
• Must have required state and local HVAC technician licenses

• 3+ years of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable Transportation
• Good attitude
• Good communication skills
