Essential Job Skills:
- Diagnose repairs needed to correct identified complaints.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with best industry practices.
- Document workflow including diagnoses, cause, and correction in sufficient detail to satisfy warranty and NIRVC guests.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and walk-through demonstration.
- Test and verify repairs made to recreational vehicles.

- Forklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified.
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- May lift up to 25 to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
- Good manual dexterity and balance while working off the ground.
- The ability to periodically lift in excess of 50 pounds.
- Mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication, organizational, and learning skills.
- The desire to upgrade and learn new skills as technology advances.
- The ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Pride in workmanship and the desire to attain a superior level of expertise.
- Tolerate environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
- Experience with AC/DC Electrical.
- Basic Plumbing knowledge.
- Some HVAC Mechanical knowledge.
- Great Troubleshooting Skills.
- RVIA Certification (Not Required).
- Building trades: trade skills in wood working, electrical, building, painting, drywall, plumbing, flooring: helpful.
- Trade skills from auto, trucking, or similar industry: helpful.
- Ability to work with your hands.
- Friendly and cooperative personality.
- Dependability and trustworthiness.
