Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Our busy hotel is looking for a detail-oriented person to set up and take down our breakfast buffet, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are always available. You'll also need to walk throughout the dining area refilling coffee and beverages and cleaning up used plates and utensils. $12 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment
• Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service
• Maintain the breakfast area by cleaning tables, chairs, and buffet counter, and empty trash as needed

Qualifications:

• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with diners and coworkers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
• Experience working in food service is preferred
