JOB DESCRIPTION
Bell Person/Shuttle Driver
Reports To: Front Desk Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will assist hotel guests with luggage and other bellman duties.
- Drive Guest in Hotel Shuttle Van
- Will assist with light maintenance and janitorial duties as necessary.
- Assists all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, whenever possible going the extra mile and doing whatever it takes to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promptly responds to front desk reports of guest problems or concerns, informs the front desk when action is complete.
- Understands and applies all hotel safety and security procedures as required to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees and guests.
- Perform other duties as requested or required.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 year old.
- Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR with ability to safely transport passengers in various weather conditions.
- Must have excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate well with employees and guests.
- Ability to perform basic, non-technical maintenance and janitorial duties.
- Ability to perform job duties with a minimum of disruption to the guest.
- Ability to be friendly and cheerful; interact easily with strangers.
- Ability to cooperate and support others.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, be in good physical condition, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 50# or more may be required.
