Compensation:

$23 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of the boutique hotel to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experience.
  • Oversee and coordinate hotel staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and efficiency.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and occupancy rates.
Qualifications:
  • The high-quality care, well-being and overall recognition of our guests. Making sure that each guest experience exceeds expectations. Interfacing with guests on a daily basis and resolving any concerns that may arise. 
  • Brainstorming creative ways to boost revenue, guest satisfaction, and daily operation upgrades. 
  • Overseeing the daily facility operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food and beverage, & catering and events. 
  • Ability to diffuse frustrated guest inquiries on the spot, able to problem solve and find a solution that is in best interest of Blue and the guest. 
  • Training, reviewing, motivating and managing departmental personnel.
  • Ability to promote Blue to targeted markets, through the use of various social media platforms, and word of mouth by immersing themselves and guests into the local community. 
  • Ensure procedures are followed for security of monies, credit and financial transactions, and guest security.
  • Lead the front desk team by example, creating a productive and fun working environment that encourages growth and teamwork. 
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and be willing to have a flexible schedule that changes week to week.
