Operations Dispatcher- Starting at $15.50 per hour - Part-time

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:       

• Ensure the safety of both guests and employees is the highest priority.
• Answer and screen phone calls that come into the Operations office.
• Monitor the base station as a number one priority, responsible for all radio communications on the channel. Must have the ability to relay information to parties on the Operations frequency along with other frequencies.
• Must be detail orientated
• Must be able to efficiently and accurately enter downtime and throughput into the SFDL operations program.
• Keep records of applicable communication activity.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Good interpersonal skills and a polite and courteous disposition.
• Appreciation for the serious and safety critical nature of the responsibilities inherent in the job. 
• For safety purposes, the individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to multi-task and concentrate on job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:
