Position Responsibilities

- Assist with the conversion of help systems from Word to our DITA-based tools.
- Learn (Authoring tools - DITA) such as SDL Tridion.
- Assist with light editing tasks.
- Assist with AI testing and other support services for the PCD groups.

Qualifications

  • Student currently enrolled. (Rising Junior or Senior)
  • Preference given to those pursuing degrees in: Communication, English or Computer Science
  • Experience with MS Office suite. (Primarily Word and Teams)
  • Organization and Collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in software processes, tools, and communication
