Lincoln Tech's Paramus, NJ campus is currently seeking a Director of Nursing who possesses an MSN degree, has experience in education and instruction, and is passionate about shaping the future of nursing education. Responsibilities:

• Focus on students' academic and professional success and work closely with students to provide support and guidance
• Ensure the achievement of strong retention, student satisfaction, and professional licensure outcomes
• Enforce school and academic policies and procedures
• Supervise nursing department staff and faculty
• Responsible for recruiting and hiring faculty and administering faculty orientation. Provide professional development, daily guidance, and evaluation of performance
• Manage the academic schedule

• Maintain appropriate records in compliance with Board of Nursing, accrediting body, and company policy and procedures
• Manage relationships with outside clinical facilities
• Assist in budget preparation by forecasting trends and requirements
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years related clinical nursing practice experience
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience preferred
