Job Description
Are you an experienced Pharmacist with a specialized focus in oncology, seeking an exciting career opportunity? We are actively seeking a dedicated individual to serve as an Oncology Pharmacist in our outpatient setting. If you possess recent hands-on experience in oncology pharmacy or have pleted a PGY2 Residency with a concentration in oncology, we eagerly invite you to apply and bee part of our dynamic team.
Position: Oncology Pharmacist
Setting: Outpatient, Hospital
Location: Fontana, CA
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 6 months+
pensation: $3,000+ Gross Weekly, Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical care services in the outpatient oncology setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outes.
- Ensure safe and effective medication use through prehensive medication management.
- Participate in patient education and counseling regarding medication therapies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working as an Oncology Pharmacist OR pletion of a PGY2 (2nd year residency) in Oncology Pharmacy.
- Valid California Pharmacist License.
Schedule:
- 8-hour day shifts between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
