PT -OP needed ASAP Licensed Physical Therapist for Outpatient Department Please only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Traveler must have permanent address outside of radius rule of 75 miles. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved. at least one years’ experience current required in outpatient physical therapy. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Must have a PT License. - BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.

Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist for Outpatient Department
at least one years’ experience current required in outpatient physical therapy.
