Position Overview:

The Project Management Intern will be a part of the IT Project Management Team. The intern will play an active role in collecting information from various teams and partner with auditors for completion of IT projects. Along with managing pieces of IT projects, the intern will also lead project request calls, and support a billing conversion as part of this internship.

Where you will work:

  • This opportunity offers the flexibility to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the Wilkes Barre or Bethlehem, PA office.

A Day in the Life of the Project Management Intern:

  • Assist with IT, billing projects such as: ACP, Mobile, PCI, etc.
  • Collaborate with Project Owners to identify and resolve potential project roadblocks.
  • Lead project request calls and coordinate project logistics, including calendars, major events, meetings and applicable materials and equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide valuable insight to the team.
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in time-sensitive situations; aptitude to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, drive projects forward, and ask questions.

Education:

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Compensation:

The base compensation for this position is $20.00 per hour. The base pay represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
