SUMMARY

The Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for creating Performance IQ Reports from information gathered from the DYNAMIQ Team and TCS (MSR’s, PSR’s & GM’s) then following up on items outlined in the report such as: service maintenance items, project opportunities, controls opportunities, and customer requested changes. The CSR will also establish/manage schedules for Performance IQ Reports, ensure we have all the needed information in a timely manner while addressing the customers objectives in the report while living out the Total Comfort Solutions Core Values of Treat People Well, Do the Right Thing and Run a Great Business. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support for the DYNAMIQ team.
  • Creating and following up on Performance IQ Reports
  • Completing forms and follow-up of incentives/rebates with energy companies.
  • Completing paperwork for Energy Star Certification of DYNAMIQ buildings.
  • Completing utility release forms.
  • Supervision of Energy Scorecards (energy bill data input, review of information, etc.)
  • Public relations – Attend industry (ASHRAE, AEE, Duke, Dominion, SC Energy, etc.) sponsored events when needed
  • Some travel to other offices will be necessary to ensure proper team engagement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates or bachelor’s in business, sales or marketing is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience supporting a high performing sales team with diverse personalities
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Astute task manager
  • Ability to document processes and train team members
  • Ability to receive information from teammates and create customer facing reports that address our customers objectives
  • Previous administrative experience or sales coordination/marketing experience
  • Knowledge of sales process and systems (CRM and proposal software)
  • Experience working with team members across functions to promote collaboration and problem solving
  • Proficient in Calender Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
