FIT SPECIALIST (Harley-Davidson)

A corporation of Harley-Davidson Dealerships along the southeastern corridor is seeking FIT Specialists to join their dynamic sales teams at Rally Point Harley-Davidson in Columbus, GA and Mobile Bay Harley-Davidson in Mobile, AL. The salesperson in this role will guide customers through the process of purchasing the iconic Harley-Davidson motorcycle by assisting customers in selecting the perfect motorcycle to fit their lifestyle and preferences. Your passion for power sports/motorcycles and understanding of the Harley-Davidson culture will be essential in fostering positive relationships with customers and achieving sales targets. As a FIT Specialist you will:

1. Greet customers warmly and establish rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Provide comprehensive product knowledge about Harley-Davidson motorcycles, features, and options.
3. Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, test rides, and financing options.
4. Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle based on their budget, riding experience, and lifestyle.
5. Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to showcase Harley-Davidson motorcycles effectively.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and Harley-Davidson promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
10. Participate in Harley Davidson University certification training programs (HDU-Net) and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or business is a plus.
2. Experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry is highly preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Passion for motorcycles, particularly the Harley-Davidson brand, with a good understanding of motorcycle mechanics and features.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
8. Familiarity with financing options and the ability to explain them clearly to customers.
9. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the dealership schedule.
10. Valid motorcycle license and clean driving record.
