Construction mechanical service company on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those looking to break into the project management discipline within the construction mechanical field. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and external vendors.

Implement project plans using project management software and tools.

Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status.

Manage project resources, including the allocation of manpower and materials.

Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.

1-2 years of project management experience, or a strong academic record with a GPA of 3.5 - 4.0 for recent university graduates without formal work experience.

Demonstrated ambition and drive to succeed in the project management field.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
