• Prepare and cook dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Execute precise portion control to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably with exposure to Israeli cuisine
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of dishes with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
