As part of the Elements Imaging experience team, we provide all the training necessary for any positions available, including photographer/photo retail associate. • Motivate, support, and assist the team to achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in supporting all aspects of operating a photo retail business, including guest service, operations, training, data & reporting, and client relations.
• Read, analyze, and interpret data and reports to drive performance
• Efficiently respond to inquiries and/or complaints
• Effectively communicate with staff, host client, and leadership
• Understand the basic functions of the capture/production/retail positions and be able to perform the functions as required (training will be provided on each)
• Must be able to speak clearly and effectively and establish clear lines and methods of communication throughout the organization
• Provide an amazing experience for guests visiting Lafitte and be the best representation of our client’s brand

• No previous photography experience is required. We will train you!
• Retail/customer service experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic mindset that is motivated by results
• Willingness to learn the basic functions of the capture/production/retail operation
• Enjoys interacting with guests in a travel and retail environment
• Quick on your feet thinking and ability to multi-task
• Experience in motivating and coaching staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral skills to communicate with staff professionally and effectively
• Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients
• Minimum High School or GED

• Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background Check.
