In this role based out of our friendly and supportive office in {Company Location}, you will be responsible for marketing listings, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and providing exceptional customer service. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Coordinate and attend showings and open houses
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, and other necessary paperwork

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good knowledge of local housing market
