CNC Operator: Clinton, WI
Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is 100% employee-owned manufacturing facility. They are seeking a motivated person for a fulltime CNC Operator position to join their team and help grow their manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities of the CNC Operator:
- Plan/verify operation to be performed and material to be used.
- Set up all tooling with appropriate stops, clamps, and fixtures.
- Set up and operate CNC, lathe &/or vertical machine tools to make parts per engineering specifications.
- Load material into machine utilizing overhead crane
- Monitor run to ensure parts are being produced to specification.
- Use measuring devices and blueprints/engineering drawings to inspect parts for tolerance.
- Visually inspect surface for appearance and non-conformities which may require repair.
- Complete the required documentation and reports at the completion of the job.
- Deburr parts when necessary
- Ability to run more than one machine maintaining run times as required
CNC Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and Blueprint reading
- Prior machining experience
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
Pay for CNC Operator: Starting at $17.60+/hour based on experience.
