$15,000 Sign On (minimum 2 years ICU experience)

ICU Registered Nurse Compensation:

• $61,000 - $91,000 + shift differential

ICU registered Nurse Job Duties:

• Assesses, plans, implements and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellence in patient and family care.
  
• Educates patients and families regarding health, plan of care, and anticipated outcomes with successful interpersonal skills.
  
• Performs patient assessment, analyzes documents, develops age- appropriate plans of care in regard to physical, psychological needs of patients in collaboration with healthcare team.
  
• Actively participates in hospital committees, CQI teams, and Quality Improvement Program.
  
• Maintains healthy, safe, and efficient environment and follows CCMH policies and procedures.
  

• Graduate of School of Nursing
  
• BSSN encouraged
  
• Current Wyoming RN License
  
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred
