Position Overview: As a Corporate Banquet Server, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events in Kihei and Wailea. Your responsibilities will include serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high level of service, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Set up banquet tables, buffets, and beverage stations according to event specifications
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of event spaces post-event
• Collaborate with event organizers and staff to deliver exceptional service
• Anticipate and address guests' needs promptly and effectively
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company with professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a banquet server or in hospitality preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
