STORE MANAGER
Job Description
The Store Manager's primary objective is to successfully manage the retail store engaged in selling tires and automotive repair services. Management efforts must be focused on achieving planned sales and profit goals. Additionally, the Store Manager must ensure quality customer service and compliance in all areas related to successful store operations. Position requires proven record of producing results and prior sales experience. We offer our Store Managers a great Profit Sharing Plan which includes the benefits of ownership without having to invest any money!

ASS'T Mgr./SALES
- Building Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Working directly with the customer and automotive technician to complete repairs
- Assumes Store Manager responsibilities in their absence
- Demonstrates professional courtesy with customers and co-workers at all times
- Role Models and follows all safety protocol
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of prior sales experience required
- Strong communication, customer service attitude and selling skills
- Individual must enjoy a fast paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
- Individual must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
- Candidate must have the skills to develop a staff for peak performance.
- Individual must possess the drive and desire to learn.
- Basic automotive service operations knowledge.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to follow all store and safety policies and procedures.
