Job Summary
We are seeking a Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. In this position, you will assist providers with patient care. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, updating medication lists, and communicating with nurses and doctors. Responsibilities
- Rooming 20 + patients a day
- Update patients charts and history including medication lists
- Uploading CGM and Pump information
- Answer phone calls, return calls, relay patient results
- Prep patients charts for upcoming appointments
- Vital signs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- To include any Admin tasks assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Medical Assistant certification
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical
- Excellent Attendance
