Essential HealthCare Solutions LLC is responding to a contract opportunity. We are seeking behavioral health counselors to provide EAP short-term counseling services. Counselors must be licensed LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC counselors and you must be in an outpatient private practice/office providing in-person counseling to support this opportunity. Counselors are needed for all US states. More information will be provided during the interview.

The EAP Care Advocate position is an ideal role for clinicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about supporting employee mental health, removing barriers to care, and driving positive clinical and workplace outcomes.

Compensation

$90 to $100 per hour

Eligibility?

• Must be a United States citizen.?
• Must be licensed by a U.S. state or territory as a LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LPC or the equivalent.
• Must be independently licensed without supervision.
• Speak fluent English.?
• Successfully complete credentialing and contracting process.
• Complete a background check and fingerprinting.?
• Complete training requirements?
• Currently practicing in an outpatient clinical setting
• Willing to schedule EAP counseling in-person sessions.
