Duties:
These duties are to focus the teammate on the key performance indicators to reach & Exceed company objectives. The goals of these duties are to focus the team members efforts so that 80% of the effort is spent on these duties and 20% is allowed to support others when peak workload demands.
•Work Space
•Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace organization
•Maintain Laser Alignment Equipment
•Conduct and/or facilitate all maintenance on Faro Laser equipment and software
•Store equipment in a safe and protective manner
•Equipment inspection
•Interact with mechanics to ensure proper work practices
•Perform final inspections of all BRS casting equipment
•Alignment
•Ensure the proper placement of Segments, fixed and loose halves in the shooting stand
•Level segment loose and fixed halves in the shooting stand using the Faro Laser
•Set roll heights on entry and exit of the loose and fixed halves of all segments with FARO Laser
•Set roll heights of all rolls on segment cluster frames with FARO Laser
•Set segment #1 and #2 guide pads, water ports, and lock down rings with FARO Laser
•Set segment #2 and #4 sit-down pads using FARO Laser
•Perform any other alignment activities needed with FARO Laser
