As an Event Supervisor in Fairport, NY, US, your responsibilities would include Understanding and executing the guest's vision by reviewing the BEO and ensuring all arrangements meet expectations. You should also be proactive in suggesting additional services or upgrades when appropriate. Acting as the main point of contact for the event, making sure everything is set up as planned. Guests may look to you for assistance if their needs are not met or if they have any questions or concerns.

It is crucial that you stay focused on the event and be prepared to handle any issues that may arise. Providing exceptional hospitality by delivering friendly and professional service that wows the guests. You will also be responsible for inspiring, training, and directing your team to maintain the same "can do" attitude, ensuring that every event runs smoothly. Prioritizing safety and security by following the established policies and procedures of the hotel. You should anticipate potential problems and promptly report them to management. Holding a current ServSafe certificate and alcohol certification is a requirement for this position.

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food & beverage, including previous supervisory roles
• Comfortable working long hours occasionally and able to handle medium physical work
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and noise levels
• Thrives in high-energy, high-stress environments and excels at multitasking
• Flexible availability to accommodate busy event schedules
