Title of Position: Food and Beverage Supervisor

Compensation: $27.50/hour, starting rate.

Job Description: As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage service. This includes managing a team of Hosts/Hostesses/Cashiers, etc. You will conduct daily inspections of our restaurants and in-room dining to ensure high standards are being met. Your role also includes ensuring that our food and beverage offerings are not only appealing in look and taste but also meet the high-quality standards expected by our guests and align with brand standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to monitor staff schedules, evaluate individual performance, and provide training as needed. Other duties include addressing guest complaints and resolving any issues, promoting the sales of food and beverage products both within the hotel and in the local community, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

The Food & Beverage Supervisor must have a strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.

A liquor License is required for the Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Prior hospitality experience preferred for the Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor is required to have Food & Beverage experience
