Job Summary

At MITRA QSR, our Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility of directing the restaurant's daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations. This includes product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability, to ensure that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer every day.

You will also gain knowledge and experience in business operations and management with the potential to grow into an Above Restaurant Leader.

Role Expectations

  • Foster positive and collaborative environment

  • Lead restaurant team to reach goals and take ownership of restaurant success metrics

  • Oversee guest experiences with friendly interactions, cleanliness, and fresh meals

  • Mentor team through onboarding, training, and development

  • Partner with other General Managers and Area Coaches to advance business growth

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and the ability to work alongside minors

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant general management experience

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work

  • Authorized to work in the United States
