This is an opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of vulnerable patients! Promise Healthcare is a community health center in Champaign, Illinois and we are seeking an experienced (2 years minimum) BE/BC Family Medicinephysician to join our outpatient clinics. We have clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street in Champaign and a school-based clinic in Urbana. Our facilities are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment programs as well as the IDPH loan repayment program. Competitive compensation with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in Illinois. Spanish/French language skills are a plus. We offer a competitive compensation package including 248 hours of Earned Time Off per year and 7 paid holidays. DEA required.

Practice opportunity details include:
