Job Description: Pattern Promotions is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of event planning and execution. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will work closely with our experienced event management team to organize and coordinate various events and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
