Spa Salon Stylist

Provides professional hair care services, as per spa program and is involved in the operation of the spa and guest service.

Maintain established resort and departmental policies, procedures, standards and objectives.

1. Adhere to Club Rules & Regulations.
2. Maintain a cooperative and professional work relationship and team attitude with members, guests and staff.
3. Adhere to industry code of ethics; shall not enter into gainful employment with a member or guest (i.e. do not solicit or conduct personal business with a member or guest as a private client).
4. Provide appropriate hair care treatment (color, cut, styling and chemical work) for each guest using current techniques. Do not change type of treatment without consent of guest.
5. Provide professional hair care treatments in accordance to industry practices and consistent manner with the Spa. Provide all guests with consistent services for up to an 8-hour period.
6. Recommend appropriate products for each service given and promote other spa services. Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals.
7. Lead by example and be an effective role model for guests.
8. Maintain daily care of all equipment used.
9. Maintain accurate inventory of items issued to her.
10. Exhibit proper use of product and abide by all product control guidelines while maintaining a clean and neat spa environment
11. Read and adhere to schedule postings in regards to shifts, room assignments and the RIO scheduling system.
12. Understand the Rio scheduling system, how to check t-notes, refresh screen, etc.
13. Be prompt for appointments and provide treatment within the appropriate time allowed.
14. Maintain a clean and well-stocked treatment and retail environment.
15. Respond to all member and guest concerns in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Respect guest confidentiality.
16. Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing members, guests and staff.
17. Be aware of appearance and quality of work. Wear uniform to standard.
18. Be available to work flexible hours and days including holidays and week ends.
19. Dispose and stock linens according to Spa linen procedures.
20. Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, workshops and meetings.
21. Maintain current license and provide copy to management.
22. Attend meetings as required.
23. Participate in hair care training sessions as required.
