Responsibilities:

• Entry level position
• Answer phone calls
• Conduct follow-ups with patients and efficiently schedule recall appointments.

Qualifications:

• Spanish speaking preferred
• Ability to overcome objections and find solutions for patients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with patients and provide clear information.
• Self-motivated and driven to set and achieve goals, maintaining a proactive approach.
