We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a Modern All-Suite Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a proven track record of effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
  • Implement and maintain high service standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


Team Management:


  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and skilled team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.


Guest Experience:


  • Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction.


Financial Management:


  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor and control expenses while maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to improve profitability.


Sales and Marketing:


  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Implement strategies to attract new business and retain existing clientele.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years as a Hotel General Manager
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related)
  • Understanding of all hotel operations
  • Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
