Construction Materials Technician Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Basic math and good communication skills.
- Possession of a valid New York State driver’s license.
- Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Construction Materials Technician Responsibilities:
- Performing sampling and testing of soil, concrete, and asphalt materials on construction sites and in laboratory settings.
- Working in an outdoor environment, enjoying hands-on tasks.
- Upholding safety standards and procedures at all times.
