Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist: Application of client payments, prepare daily bank deposits, researches and applies unallocated deposits.

Essential Duties:

- Utilizes operating software to record client payments

- Process client credit card payments

- Perform daily credit card and ACH reconciliations

- Correspond with client about client accounts in a professional manner

- Record correspondence with clients and collections actions in collection notes

- Perform weekly or as needed remote deposits

- Send reminders to clients for unpaid invoice

- Perform client account reconciliations

- Issue client statements monthly and as needed

- Submit / Post accounts receivable adjustments

- Reconciliation of credit card surcharges

- Assist with new client set up

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Must have 1-4 years experience in Business (Bookkeeping and/or Accounts Receivable preferred)

- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Outlook, Adobe

- Strong multi-tasking skills, detail oriented and organized

- Ability to prioritize tasks, sense of urgency

- Great thinking and listening skills, excellent with numbers
