Job Description
Donley Ford Mt. Vernon is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Office Clerk to join our team in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This full-time, hourly administrative role will be responsible for providing support to our sales and service departments, ensuring efficient operation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry and possess strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle inventory, including new and used cars, as well as work with titles and registrations
• Assist with processing and filing of purchase and lease agreements
• Create and maintain customer and vehicle files
• Prepare and process necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and service transactions
• Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain needed information and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Handle incoming calls and route to the appropriate department or individual
• Provide general administrative support to the sales and service departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and ensure all office equipment is properly maintained
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Must be able to work full-time hours Monday thru Friday
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
