Title: Activity Aide/Life Enrichment Assistant
Department: Administration
Location: Symphony Care Network
Status: Full or Part Time
Essential Functions:
- As an Activity Assistant / Life Enrichment Assistant you will be working in our Memory Care Unit as well as our other residents. Memory care experience is a plus, willing to train.
- Assist our residents’ with activities to provide social communication, entertainment, exercise and relaxation for our residents.
- Lead group and individual resident activities
- Complete required record keeping per facility policy
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to plan, organize, and lead activities
- Ability to work every other weekend as well as some holidays
- 1 + years’ experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting with memory care experience (preferred but not required)
- Pass required background checks
