The Hinderer Motor Company is seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) hospitality leader with a passion for world class client care. The Concierge Director will build and manage the bilingual Customer Service and Transportation teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of customers
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
• Represent the company with integrity and dedication

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Korean
• 2+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a management position
• First-rate verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient
• Superb administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

Hybrid in Columbus Ohio or surrounding area; pay commensurate with experience.
