Compensation:

$75,000+ Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Hold buyer consultations to find out the needs and wants in a home, locate homes that fit your buyers' needs, and show properties that are a good fit
  • Hold listing consultations to find out the needs and wants of customers, prepare listing documents, and effectively represent the customer throughout the process of selling their home
  • Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Effectively negotiate for all active clients
  • Provide next-level customer service, ensuring repeat and referral business
  • Develop new possibilities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure development for our business and prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Determined to lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline consistently
Qualifications:
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Technology driven
  • Drive to participate and have a team player mentality
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanor even in stressful situations
