Accounts Receivable Clerk

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk at the IFA Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overseeing Customer Accounts ensuring timely payments on balances
• Process Credit Applications and determining credit limits.
• Strive to Achieve a 30 day DSO and low past due percentages
• Provide excellent customer service to our patrons and provide information requested.
• Offer additional support to the team with scanning and data entry tasks.
• Assist with Tax Exemption updates, filing of UCC's.
• Handle organization and follow up of clothing and government accounts.
• Assist as the backup for payment deposits of Checks, ACH and online payments.
• Ensure that all the applicable policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two to three years of related collections experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
• Ability to provide superior customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong fact finding and problem-solving skills
