This is how you will grow:

Acts as the central point of coordination between the building contractor, installation contractor, OEMs, and the project management team to oversee and support installation activities at the project site.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact between the building contractor, installation contractor, OEMs, and the project management team for all matters related to installation activities.
  • Coordinate closely with the building contractor, installation contractor, and OEMs to ensure alignment of installation activities with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, subcontractors, and installation crews to ensure efficient and effective execution of installation activities.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in installation activities, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Monitor progress and performance of installation activities, identifying and addressing any obstacles or challenges that may arise to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines related to installation activities, ensuring that project objectives are achieved within approved constraints.
  • Oversee the implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in installation activities
  • Serve as a resource for installation personnel, providing guidance, support, and expertise as needed to facilitate successful installation outcomes
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience (or equivalent working knowledge/experience) on construction related project
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend contract documents
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and materials
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
  • Experienced in construction of large manufacturing facilities preferred
  • Background in construction management, architecture, or engineering fields.
  • Professional Engineering License a plus
